Everything on AlphaLucid — scores, ratings, DCF fair values, scenarios, technicals, AI-generated commentary — is informational and educational only, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security. We don’t know your circumstances. Do your own research and consider a licensed professional before making any decision. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. AI-generated analysis can be wrong. We don’t guarantee availability, accuracy, or any outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaLucid and its operator are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information it provides.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break authentication or access other users’ data, no overloading the infrastructure, no using the AI features to generate harmful content, and no unlawful use. We may suspend access for abuse.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. We may change or discontinue features at any time during the beta.
